A Slice of My Story
It's a lifelong dream, really.
I’m a stay-at-home mother of two teenagers, a wife, and a human owned by five cats.
Despite spending years in corporate life, I eventually realized that I preferred a quieter life at home — creating things slowly with my hands and heart, rather than chasing a career.
After years of teaching myself wire wrapping for fun, the pieces that once looked lopsided, crooked, strange, and shapeless gradually became more refined and wearable. Still, it remained just a personal hobby, because I never felt confident enough to even wear my own creations myself.
That slowly changed when my eldest entered her teenage years and became excited about accessories. She would happily borrow my handmade pieces for her outings and special events, and through her enthusiasm, I slowly began finding confidence in my own work too. (I mean hey, if a teenager's proud wearing them, perhaps it's not all that bad?)
My children also love anime, and somewhere along the way, I began to see its charm too. Through the conventions they attended and the fantasy worlds they adored, I discovered a new perspective — that people are deeply drawn to stories. Whether through dreamy slice-of-life tales or magical heroes from distant realms, storytelling has a way of breathing life into the things we cherish.
It made me realize that jewelry could become more than just something beautiful to wear, but something that carries emotion, meaning, and stories close to the heart of the wearer.
So instead of letting this remain a hobby shared quietly between my daughter and I, I decided to finally share my creations with the world.
